Figure 1 IA/L of serum was plotted following injection of 10 mg I-124 codrituzumab alone (circle) or co-infused with 2.5 mg/kg (triangles) or 5 mg/kg (squares).

The larger mass amount of antibody resulted in significant mass-dependent changes with longer half-life and greater AUC than the 10 mg injection (Table 2). There was an overlap of the clearance curves for the 2.5 and 5 mg/kg co-infused mass.

Figure 1 Anti-GPC3 Antibody (TAB-H14) in WB

Western blot analysis of TAB-H14 was performed by loading Human GPC3 Protein (His Tag) in reduced condition Lane 1 and Lane 2 (20 ng and 50 ng) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-H14 (2 μg/mL) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 6000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Dot Blot analysis of TAB-H14 was performed by coating with Human GPC3 Protein (His Tag).

ELISA

ELISA analysis of TAB-H14 was performed by coating with Human GPC3 Protein (His Tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-H14. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 5000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
